Please note ThumBee’s are nonrefundable due to safety and hygiene reasons. For your baby’s safety and well-being, we cannot accept returns after the product has been shipped.  We certainly realize unexpected circumstances arise so please contact us  at info@thumbeemitt.com with any questions or concerns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or somehow damaged in shipping.  Every product is rigorously inspected to ensure FDA Certification of course.
